Pathways Wellness Center

Pathways Wellness Center provides hope and peer support to others on their journey towards personal wellness. By sharing our own personal stories and experiences, we empower individuals to achieve their passions, overcome barriers, and embrace the possibility for change.

To make an appointment, call the Pathways Wellness Center line at (855) 387-3030 to connect to services.

Our intent is to focus on creating opportunities out in the community for socialization and group support/activities (check out the Calendar of Events).

We offer 24/7 access to peer support through the use of our Support Line. This support line, answered by our trained peers, serves as an alternative to a crisis line. Speak directly with individuals who have experienced the treatment system, have trauma histories and are willing to listen and share their personal experiences.

If you are in crisis, please call the Madison County Crisis Line at (315) 366-2215, National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at (800) 273-TALK, dial 911.
